Prof Boitumelo Diale is a Full Professor and an NRF C-2 Rated researcher in the Department of Educational Psychology, Faculty of Education, University of Johannesburg. Prof Diale held previous leadership roles at faculty, university, national and international levels. She is also a registered Educational Psychologist with the HPCSA. She works on various community and research projects combining career transitioning, neurodiversity and sexuality studies. Prof Diale is a Visiting Professor at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). Prof Diale mentors many female academics within the UJ and other higher education spaces as part of her dedication to humanity.
